Garrison, formerly Elliott, deceased, that on the 21st day of September, 2016, Emma Baker produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Flora J. Garrison, formerly Elliott, deceased, and also filed in said Court the petition, together with a copy of said Will praying for the probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to Emma Baker as the personal representative named in the Will and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an order of this Court made on September 21st, 2016, notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of October, 2016, at 2:30 o'clock p.m., the petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, Pittsburg County Courthouse, McAlester, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
