Davidson, of Fresno, California, produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Pittsburg and State of Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be certified copies of the Last Wills and Testaments of Dorotha I. Pickard and Melvin L. Pickard, both deceased, and also filed in the said Court a Petition for Probate of said Wills of said decedents, and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Donna R. Davidson.
