AD-2016-02 NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON ADOPTION WITHOUT CONSENT OF BIOLOGICAL PARENT RONALD LEVI HICKMAN, JR. TAKE NOTICE that an application to proceed without the consent of the biological parent, Ronald Levi Hickman, Jr., of the above named child has been filed in the Trial Court in and for the Osage Nation by Edwin Gene Hopper and Edie Ann Hopper. The application alleges that Ronald Levi Hickman, Jr. has failed to support the child for more than 12 months preceding the filling of the application to proceed without his consent to adopt the child.
