Long having been properly filed in this Court on the 29th day of August, 2016, and it appearing that this Court has jurisdiction and is the proper venue for the matters alleged therein, the Court hereby Orders and Directs that said Petition be set for hearing on the 15th day of September, 2016, at 10:30 o'clock A.M. in the courtroom of the Honorable Jequita H.
