Box 98, Crowder, OK 74430 has filed an application on 1/15/2016 for a Renewal Discharge Permit for Municipal/ Domestic Wastewater from a facility located at Crowder, Oklahoma. The discharge point is located at (the same location as the facility). SW1/4, SE1/4, SW1/4, SEC. 25, TWN 8N, R 15E of the Indian Base Meridian, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma. The name of the receiving water is Eufaula Reservoir. The permit, if issued, would establish effuent limitations of the discharge.
