Smith deceased, that on September16, 2016, Rhonda Summers produced in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Clyde W. Smith, deceased, and also filed in said court her Petition, together with said Will, praying that the Will be admitted to probate and praying that Letters Testamentary issue to Rhonda Summers as Personal Representative and for a judicial determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on September 16, 2016, notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of October, 2016, at 2:30 PM, the Petition will be heard at the District Court, Pittsburg County Courthouse, McAlester, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
