NOTICE OF PROPOSED BANK MERGER Notice is given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency, Southern District Office, 500 North Akard Street, Suite 1600, Dallas, Texas 75201-3323, for consent to merge/consolidate Wilburton State Bank, Wilburton, Oklahoma with and into First National Bank and Trust Company, McAlester, Oklahoma. It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above named banks will continue to operate after the merger. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 215a. and 12 CFR 5.
