The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Network Consulting Services Request for Proposals (RFP) The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (HACNO) is requesting proposals from Indian Owned Economic Enterprises and Non Indian Organizations for development and support for on site consulting, for the twelve (12) month time period of August 20, 2016 to August 19, 2017. This would be a one (1) year contract with a one (1) year option to renew for the fiscal year August 19, 2017 to August 20, 2018. Your proposal may be hand delivered to 209 Jim Monroe Road, Hugo, OK; or may be mailed to, Attention Jo Ann Compton, Network Consulting Services, Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation, P.O. Box G, Hugo, OK. 74743. Network Consulting Services proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm August 17, 2016. Pricing should be based on an hourly rate for an as needed basis and any other related costs should be stated, such as travels, onsite, help desk support, etc; if any. The HACNO reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any Formalities in the proposals received whenever such rejection or wavier is in the best interest of the HACNO. Information on HACNO Management System HACNO serves 101/2 counties in Southeastern Oklahoma. Our normal business hours are 8:00am until 4:30pm. Monday thru Friday. We have approximately 100 plus PC’s, 6 windows servers, and 2 T-1 lines. In addition to our main location in Hugo, HACNO has remote locations in Coalgate, Poteau, and Stigler Oklahoma, at this time. Occasional travel to the remote locations might be necessary. HACNO also has present and future ongoing interfaces with the IT department at the tribal headquarters in Durant, Oklahoma. The following qualifications are required with proof of certification and statement of past experience. • IBM Business Partner • Knowledge of Document Imaging and Storage • Experience with Laser Fiche software. • PC, Printer and Software knowledge • Experience with VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) • Experience with PPM (Policy and Procedure Manager) When responding to this RFP, the following information represents the scoring criteria that will be used to grade the proposal and award the contract to the entity scoring the highest amount of points. It is recommended that each proposal address each area. Evidence of the firm’s ability to perform the work, as indicated by the staffing plan and statement of the firm’s past experience with similar projects. 0-20 points Capability to provide services in a timely manner: Include statement of availability on an as needed basis for average response time for day to day needs and response time for emergencies. 0-20 points Emergency and Help Desk support: Including but not limited to availability, qualifications of help desk staff and response time. 0-25 points Costs: Explanation of billing rates and itemization for services. Include any costs associated with travel, remote site travel and support personnel if any. 0-25 points Indian Preference: Include proof of Indian ownership. 10 points Maximum Points - 100 Proposals submitted by telegraph or facsimile (fax) will not be considered. Proof of Indian ownership must be included in proposal package if applicable, for consideration.
