Buckner produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Pittsburg and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Reedis D. Buckner, deceased, and also filed in the said Court a petition praying for the probate of said Will and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Patrick M. Buckner, the Personal Representative named in said Will. Pursuant to an order of said Court made on August 4, 2016, notice is hereby given that August 24, 2016, at 2:30 P.M., has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and approving said Will, at the Court Room of the Judge of the District Court in McAlester, in said County of Pittsburg, when and where all persons may appear and contest the same.
