Merritt and his spouse, if married, if living and, if deceased, the unknown successors of such deceased persons, GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, by Petition filed by plaintiff, Russell L. Peterson, in Case No. CV-2016-73, and you must answer the Petition filed by plaintiff on or before the 22nd day of July, 2016, or judgment will be rendered against you should you fail to answer, and a decree quieting the title as set out in the petition covering the following described real property situated in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Tract 1: Lots 2 and 3 in Block 159 in the North and West Addition to the City of Krebs, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and Tract 2: A tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 2, Block 159, North and West Addition to the City of Krebs; Thence in a Northeasterly direction along the extended North line of said Lot 2 across South Electric Street a distance of 30 feet; Thence continuing along the same line across the Indian Territory Traction Company tract a distance of 50 feet to a point on the centerline thereof; Thence in a Southeasterly direction and parallel with the East line of Block 159 a distance of 150 feet to a point 80 feet Northeast of the extended South line of Lot 3; Thence in a Southwesterly direction to the Southeast Corner of Lot 3; Thence in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, All in the City of Krebs, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, will be entered in favor of plaintiff and against all defendants named above.
