Hood and Velma Sue Hood, a.k.a. Velma S. Hood, decedents, that on May 26, 2016, Roy Dee Hood filed a Petition for Letters of Administration and requested that he be appointed of Personal Representative in the Estate of Boyd M. Hood, deceased; and produced in this Court an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Velma Sue Hood, deceased, with his Petition that the same be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to Roy Dee Hood and that he be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Velma Sue Hood, deceased; and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of both decedents be judicially determined. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on May 26, 2016, notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of June, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., the Petition will be heard at the District Court, Pittsburg County Courthouse, McAlester, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
