IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA THE DAWN MICHELL TESTA TRUST, Plaintiff, vs. NAOMI HILDEGARDE WOODMORE, Defendant, and PITTSBURG COUNTY TREASURER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, Defendant. Case No. CJ-2015-226 NOTICE OF SALE TO: NAOMI HILDEGARDE WOODMORE AND PITTSBURG COUNTY TREASURER, DONNA SCRIVNER and their unknown successors and assigns, NOTICE is given that on June 2nd, 2016, at 10 o'clock a.m. at the County Courthouse in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said county will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: W 60' of Lot 2, Block 521, South McAlester, City of McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The Dawn Michell Testa Trust, claims some title or interest in and to said property by reason of real estate mortgage dated February 27th, 2014, and recorded in the Office of the Pittsburg County Clerk at Book 2088 Page 426-437, and a real estate mortgage dated April 22, 2014, and recorded in the Office of the Pittsburg County Court Clerk at Book 2097 Page 519-520. Sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued upon a Judgment entered on March 23, 2016, in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma in Case No. CJ-2015-226 wherein The Dawn Michell Testa Trust was Plaintiff and Naomi Hildegarde Woodmore and the Pittsburg County Treasurer were Defendants, to satisfy judgment on its First and Second Causes of Action in the principal sum of $7,977.02 plus interest thereon at the per diem rate of $1.97 from August 17, 2015 until paid; $745.07 as tax due upon the property to the Defendant, Pittsburg County Treasurer, and $532.00 as insurance premium due upon the property and $7,500.00 as a reasonable attorney's fee, and on its Third and Fourth Causes of action in the principal sum of $4,438.67 plus interest thereon at the per diem rate of $1.09 from August 17, 2015 until paid, and the amount of costs incurred in executing upon the judgment including Sheriff costs and costs of said sale.
