NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of June, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in Front Lobby of the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County will offer for sale and sell, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder subject to unpaid ad Valorem Taxes, all the following described real estate: Lot 17 in FALCON COVE NO. 2, according to the subdivision Plat recorded in Folio 95A in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers, and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described above, including any and all water wells, water, ditches, reservoirs, reservoir sites and dams located on the real estate and all riparian and water rights associated with the real estate however established, said property having been duly appraised at $129,500.00.
