Holland and Betty June Holland, both deceased, that on April 22, 2016, Charles Lee Holland and Rhonda Wedin and Tammy Zummer produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Pittsburg and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Oscar C. Holland and Betty June Holland, both deceased, and also filed in the said Court a petition praying for the probate of said Will and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Charles Lee Holland and Rhonda Wedin and Tammy Zummer, the Co-Personal Representatives named in said Will.
