(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on April 26th, 2016.) ORDINANCE No. 16-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KREBS, OKLAHOMA ZONING CODE ADDING ITEM 29 TO ORDINANCE 97-5 SECTION 2.A. AND ADDING ITEM C TO SECTION 6 FOR THE REGULATION OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KREBS, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. SECTION 2. A. 29. Any building built on or off-site, measuring less than 16 feet in width, capable of being transported under its own chassis or moved via trailer, rollback, or any other means of conveyance shall be considered a mobile home. SECTION 6. C. Any moveable building that is attached to the Krebs Utilities Authority sewer system or any other type of sewage treatment process shall be deemed as being livable. Unless the Property Owner reports having such an arrangement with the City of Krebs and receives a waiver, it shall be dealt with as being non-compliant with Ordinance 95-5. EMERGENCY CLAUSE: It being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and emergency is hereby declared to exist by reason of which this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
