The Town of Canadian is requesting proposals to obtain the services of a certified CDBG consultant or consulting firm to prepare an application for funding and administer a Community Development Block Grant from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC). The project consists of the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Collection System Project. All qualified proposals will be considered without regard to race, creed, color, sex, disability or national origin. Only firms or individuals who have been certified by ODOC to administer CDBG projects may respond.
