INVITATION FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department is accepting bids/ proposals to operate a mobile water park at Beavers Bend State Park - Broken Bow Lake. The operational location/ staging area for the water park will be at a location within the Stevens Gap area of Beavers Bend State Park. This concession will be a five-year lease agreement with an option for renewal. The concessionaire will be required to pay the State of Oklahoma a percentage of gross receipts for the right to operate the water park business. The concessionaire shall be required to purchase and maintain a general liability insurance policy during the term of the lease agreement.
