(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on April 3rd, 2016.) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATES OF HOMER D. KENNEDY AND BERNICE NO. PB-2015-137 LORETTA KENNEDY, BOTH DECEASED. ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY AND PERSONAL PROPERTY Now on this 30 day of March, 2016, comes Walter Bethune, Personal Representative of the Estates of Homer D. Kennedy and Bernice Loretta Kennedy, both deceased, having filed herein his verified Petition to Sell real property and personal property belonging to the estates for the reason that it is in the best interest of the estates. IT IS ORDERED that said Petition be and hereby set for hearing on the 20 day of April, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma at which time all persons interested in the Estates of Homer D. Kennedy and Bernice Loretta Kennedy, both deceased, are required to appear and show cause if any they have why an Order should not be granted for the reasons stated in said Petition for the sale of certain real property and personal property described as follows: REAL PROPERTY Surface Only: 1. The W½ NW¼ NE¼ in Section 28, Township 6 North, Range 14 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma Surface Only: 2. West 208.7 feet of the East 834.8 feet of the South 208.7 feet of the SW¼ SE¼ in Section 21, Township 6 North, Range 14 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma PERSONAL PROPERTY 1. 2010 Chevrolet Impala 2. Tractor 3. Travel Trailer 4. Maytag washer 5. Personal property in home, including furniture, generator, tools and all other personal property 6. Jewelry That a copy of this Order be mailed with postage pre-paid as provided by law to all of the heirs interested in the estates at their last known addresses not less than 10 days before the hearing of said Petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order be published 1 time in some newspaper in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma not less than 10 days before the time of said hearing.
