AKINS, MURRAY FRENCH ABLES, JAMES BRADFIELD AKINS, AND TOMMY AKINS, all deceased; GREETINGS: You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2016-23 wherein Don W. Roberts is Plaintiff, and the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns of Odie E. Akins, Murray French Ables, James Bradfield Akins, and Tommy Akins, all deceased, are defendants, and the plaintiff alleges that he is the owner of and in possession of the following described real property, to wit: An undivided 1/8th interest in the E½ of NW/4 of SW/4 and the NE/4 of SW/4 and the N½ of SE/4 of SW/4 and the W½ of NW/4 of SE/4 of Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma and you, the said defendants, are further notified that unless you answer the petition of the plaintiff filed here against you on or before the 8th day of April, 2016, the allegations of said petition will be taken as true, and judgment determining the heirs of Odie E.
