Phipps, are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-15-117, wherein Pat Peters is the Plaintiff, and Deborah Phillips, et al., are Defendants, and the Plaintiff alleging that he is entitled to a money judgment and foreclosure of Plaintiffâs lien, which Plaintiff alleges to be a first and foremost lien, against the following described real property, to-wit: Lots 5 and 6, Block 140, Krebs, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma along with all improvements thereon.
