Case No. CJ-15-117 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: DEBORAH PHILLIPS, ALSO KNOWN AS DEBORAH E. PHIPPS, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, HER UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, GREETINGS: You, Deborah Phillips, also known as Deborah E. Phipps, are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-15-117, wherein Pat Peters is the Plaintiff, and Deborah Phillips, et al., are Defendants, and the Plaintiff alleging that he is entitled to a money judgment and foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien, which Plaintiff alleges to be a first and foremost lien, against the following described real property, to-wit: Lots 5 and 6, Block 140, Krebs, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma along with all improvements thereon. And you, Deborah Phillips, also known as Deborah E. Phipps, are further notified unless you answer said Amended Petition of Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before May 5, 2016, the allegations of said Amended Petition will be taken as true, a money judgment entered and judgment determining that the lien of Plaintiff is first and foremost against said property; that any lien of Deborah Phillips, also known as Deborah E. Phipps, is inferior to that of Plaintiff; and an order that said real property sold to satisfy the judgment in favor of Plaintiff and forever barring Deborah Phillips, also known as Deborah E. Phipps, and all persons claiming by, through or under her from ever setting up or asserting any right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the right, title and interest of the purchaser at a mortgage foreclosure sale of said real property will be entered.
