RESOLUTION #16-171 To Advertise The Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, met in regular session on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. WHEREAS, Shady Grove Volunteer Fire Department wishes to have the following equipment declared surplus to be sold by sealed bid: 1975 Harvester International 1600, VIN: D0512EHA38590 A bid package containing complete specifications and an “Invitation to Bid” are available at the Pittsburg County Clerk’s Office, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, Room 103, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 or online at pittsburg.okcounties.org. THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN, that the Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, do hereby declare the above mentioned item surplus to be sold by sealed bid. Each competitive bid submitted to the County must be accompanied with an affidavit for filing with the competitive bid form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. Sealed bids will be received and filed with the Pittsburg County Clerk and opened on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E.
