(Published in the McAlester News-Capital March 23rd&30th, 2016.) NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE District Court Case No. CJ-2015-242 Property Address: 3103 N. Plum St., McAlester, OK 74501 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, on the 14th day of March, 2016, in an action wherein Mortgage Clearing Corporation was Plaintiff and Nancy M. Harmon; John Doe, spouse of Nancy M. Harmon, if any; Occupants of the Premises, 3103 N. Plum St., McAlester, OK 74501 were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: THE EASTERLY 75 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1, IN THE CITY OF MCALESTER, AND IN THAT PART OF SAID CITY NOW KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS NORTH MCALESTER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Nancy M. Harmon and Occupants of the Premises, 3103 N. Plum St., McAlester, OK 74501, obtained and made in said Court on the 3rd day of March, 2016, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amount of $49,524.78, interest from the 1st day of April, 2015 at the rate of 6.00 percent per annum, late charges in the amount of $214.80, escrow shortage of $250.72, abstracting and any other advancements made by Plaintiff for protection and preservation of the property in the amount of $977.50, attorney's fees in the amount of $2,500.00, all as of January 8, and the costs, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the 5th day of May, 2016, at the hour of 10 a.m. of said day at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, OK 74501, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorney's fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $47,500.00. The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Nancy M. Harmon and Occupants of the Premises, 3103 N. Plum St., McAlester, OK 74501.
