The Quinton Public Works Authority, located at 1021 Main Street, Quinton, OK, has filed a Tier II Application on January 29, 2016 to renew Discharge Permit for Municipal Wastewater from a facility located at NW1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 35 Township 8 N Range 18 EIM Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The receiving water location is San Bois Creek, tributary to Arkansas River. The permit, if issued, would establish effluent limitations of the discharge. The purpose of this notice is to meet requirements of OAC 252;4-7-13.
