Sealed proposals for the Electronic Health Record System (EHR) for McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma (MRHC), will be received in the Materials Management Department at MRHC, Oklahoma until 3:00 p.m. on the December 16, 2016. Bids shall be addressed to: Mr. Greg McNall Manager- Materials Management McAlester Regional Health Center 1 Clark Bass Blvd. McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 All proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Office of the Manager- Materials Management at McAlester Regional Health Center, McAlester, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. on December 19, 2016. Any proposals received after closing time will be returned unopened MHRC states hereby that all interested parties will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notification and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in any subsequent bid award. The McAlester Regional Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any minor informality or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal which seems most advantageous to McAlester Regional Health Center.
