Williams filed a petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2016-135, wherein Ethel-Lonniell M. Williams is Plaintiff and Maggie Webb, if Living, and if Deceased, her Unknown Successors, et al., Deceased, are Defendants, alleging that she is the owner of and is in possession of the following described property: Lot 11, in Block 35, in the Town of Alderson, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and to quiet title in the Plaintiff in said property.
