NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an order as follows: (a) approving a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Caney, Mayes, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan common sources of supply underlying Sections 9 and 4, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, so as to allow such multiunit horizontal well to be drilled at the following location: Surface Location: NE/4 NE/4 of Section 17-7N-18E, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma Section 9-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 100' FSL and no closer than 330' FWL Last perforation: no closer than 0' FNL and no closer than 330' FWL Section 4-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 0' FSL and no closer than 330' FWL Last perforation: no closer than 100' FNL and no closer than 330' FWL and to complete such multiunit horizontal well in and to produce hydrocarbons from the separate common sources of supply involved herein. Applicant intends to run casing in the horizontal portion or lateral of the borehole of the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to cement such casing so as to cover and isolate the first and last perforations in such horizontal potion or lateral. Applicant is proposing to drill the multiunit horizontal well herein to a total measured depth of approximately 18,200 feet and is proposing to have a completion interval in such multiunit horizontal well of approximately 10,000 feet. The proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein Is necessary in order to prevent waste and to protect the correlative rights of the owners of oil and gas rights in the units involved herein.
