RELIEF REQUESTED: HORIZONTAL WELL LOCATION EXCEPTION (PART OF A MULTIUNIT) LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTIONS 8 AND 5, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA CAUSE CD NO. 201604945 NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an order authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units in Section 8 and 5, Township 7 North, Range 18 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, for the Caney, Mayes, Woodford, Hunton and Sylvan common sources of supply so as to allow, in part, a well to be drilled as described in paragraph 2(b) of the Application, and to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common sources of supply underlying Sections 8 and 5, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant; being a multiunit horizontal well, to be drilled at the following location: Surface Location: NE/4 NE/4 of Section 17-7N-18E, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma Section 8-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 100' FSL and no closer than 330' FEL Last perforation: no closer than 0' FNL and no closer than 330' FEL Section 5-7N-18E: First perforation: no closer than 0' FSL and no closer than 330' FEL Last perforation: no closer than 100' FNL and no closer than 330' FEL and to complete such multiunit horizontal well in and to produce hydrocarbons from the separate common sources of supply involved herein. Applicant intends to run casing in the horizontal portion or lateral of the borehole of the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to cement such casing so as to cover and isolate the first and last perforations in such horizontal potion or lateral. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause request the following special relief: that the Order be made effective on a date prior to hearing, and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the "land sections adjacent to the area within the location exception" requested herein said Sections 8 and 5 in regard to the subsurface location tolerance areas described above are Sections 32 and 33-8N-18E, Haskell County, Oklahoma, and Sections 4, 9, 16 and 17-7N-18E, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 22nd day of November, 2016, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event this cause is uncontested, the Applicant, its attorney, representatives, witnesses and other proponents of the Applicant may appear and conduct the hearing by telephone from either the Tulsa office facility, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, or at the Oklahoma City facility, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
