Notice is hereby given that Matt Blake, has filed a Petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2016-39, seeking to vacate and foreclose the absolute right to reopen the property described as follows: All that part of Gowen Avenue lying South of Block 78 and Block 79 and North of Lot 15, Townsite Addition No. 12; and All that part of 7th Street lying West of Block 78 (a/d/a the platted alleyway adjacent to the West side of Block 78); and All that part of 8th Street lying East of Block 78 and West of Block 79; and All of the Alley running through Block 79; All in Alderson Addition to the Town of Alderson, in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and to vest fee simple title to the vacated and foreclosed portion of said avenue in the Petitioner and any other property owners abutting thereto.
