CJ-2015-292 JUDGE MILLS, TIM NOTICE OF ALIAS SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of November, 2016, at 10 o'clock, A.M., Front Lobby, of the Pittsburg County Courthouse in McAlester, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interests of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit: A tract of Land in the South Half (S/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Five (5) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the S/2 SE/4; thence South 88 degrees 48' 58" West along the South line of said S/2 SE/4 a distance of 515 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 48' 58" West a distance of 165.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 13' 17" West a distance of 662.80 feet, thence North 88 degrees 47' 51" East a distance of 165.0 feet; thence South 01 degrees 13' 10" East a distance of 662.85 feet to the point of beginning ** Together with all improvements constructed upon, affixed to or located upon the above-described real property, including without limitation, any residential dwelling located thereon, which dwelling is or may be a manufactured home, which manufactured home shall be conclusively deemed to be real estate - 2001 Clayton mobile home- Serial # CSS002674TX-AB*, commonly known as 3613 W.
