The action alleges that Defendant, Thomas Delong, while in the course and scope of his employment with Defendant, Logan County Building Stone Co., Inc., was negligent in the operation of a tractor trailer, thereby causing a violent collision with a car operated by the Plaintiffs, causing the Plaintiffs to suffer significant, permanent and disfiguring injuries. Punitive damages are also sought in an amount in excess of $75,000.00.
